Transferring to Hostingly

Transferring your domain name to Hostingly is easy!

If your domain ends in a .UK, you just need to place an order for your domain, then switch the IPS TAG to HOSTINGLY.

If your domain ends in any other combination of letters, you’ll need to unlock your domain at your current registrar, get the EPP/Auth Transfer Key for your domain, and then place an order to transfer your domain over.

We have a step-by-step instructions available in our knowledge base, and our Support team is on hand to help you with every step of a domain transfer.

Transferring from Hostingly

We know that sometimes you might have to move, and we won’t charge you any extra fees to move away from us.

If your domain ends in a .UK, you just need to follow the instructions your new host has, and change the IPS TAG in our systems.

If you have a generic domain, you’ll need to unlock your domain here, get the EPP/Auth transfer key, and then follow the instructions your new host provides for you.

    Mailboxes are available exclusively with our web hosting plans. However, if you don't have a hosting plan, you can still forward all emails sent to your domain to an existing email address of your choice. Just reach out to our team with the necessary information, and we'll configure this for you.

  • Are domain name purchases refundable?

    Regrettably, domain name purchases or renewals are non-refundable. Once the transaction is finalised, it cannot be reversed. We kindly advise you to review the spelling and details of your domain carefully before completing your purchase to ensure your satisfaction

  • Is there a fee for transferring a domain away from Hostingly?
