I needed to add some domains to my account, but I faced a security setting that prevented me from doing it. I raised a support ticket, and to my surprise, a support team member (her name escapes me at the moment) swiftly tackled the issue and got it sorted within minutes. I've never experienced such a speedy and efficient service with a web host before Would not hesitate to recommend.

My website was maxing out…

My website was maxing out its resource allocation with the previous hosting provider, resulting in frequent loading errors. I contact support but they didn't want to know, I was simply advised to upgrade my plan - bigger companies seem to think chucking money at a problem is the only way to fix it. I found Hostingly on Google, had a brief live chat with their support and decided to give them a go. They went above and beyond. They not only diagnosed the resource problem for free but also offered valuable guidance on resolving it. After eliminating an outdated and problematic plugin, my issues went away. My site now loads noticeably faster. Whether it's due to the plugin or the hosting, I couldn't be happier with the results.
